Frequently Asked Questions
GENERAL
What Age Should I Start Teaching My Baby?
Start right away. The earlier the better. However, the earliest age for reading and math is 5 months. The earliest for writing is around 2 years.
When Will I Start Seeing Results?
There is no set time when this will happen. It is different for every child. Instead on focusing on a time your resolve must be that you are willing to keep going until you see results. But please don’t have a time in your mind. You will see results; please be patient with your child.

However, this is assuming that you are doing everything correctly. If you are concerned about this then check out Primary School Prep Done 4U. We do the teaching for you using digital material and app and you also get a guarantee that your child will develop advanced academic skills by school age.

What if my child has a disability?
If your child has a mental disability but is not sight or hearing impaired, we still recommend that you teach them. However, teaching children with a disability is not our area of specialty. We recommend the following organisation https://www.domaninternational.org/
My child doesn’t seem to be getting it!

What you mean is that your child is not yet showing you that he or she knows it. Please remember that just because your child is not showing you that he or she is getting it does not mean that it is not going in.
MATH
Why Does My Child Start With Quantities And Not Numerals?

Many children who learn math at school lack an understanding of math. We want your child to understand math from a very early stage. Teaching them using quantities first is essential to that understanding.
READING
If my child doesn't learn phonics how will they read words they have never seen before?
When you teach your child to read by showing them words rather than teaching phonics you will find that your child will automatically learn phonics required to read. So don't worry about that. Also remember many words cannot be phonetically decoded in any event and children still have to learn full words eventually.
When will my child move onto books?
After your child has finished single words and couplets and then moves onto phrases and sentences, they will then move onto books. In many cases it could be as soon as after 15 months of the courses.
They say it is harmful to teach my baby/toddler to read.
This is not true. It is the same as saying that babies/ toddlers should not learn. Babies/toddlers are learning whether you teach them or not. They are learning to talk, they are learning names of people and objects. Why not teach them to recognise words also, which is the first steps to learning to read.
Please bear in mind that this is a belief that is mainly held by Western educational professionals. However, please check the reading ability of school leavers in the West, it is very bad. Our view is that the evidence shows that it is harmful to wait until a child reaches school age to teach them to read. However, if you think that learning is bad for your child then you need to quit this programme. We don’t want to encourage anyone to do anything that they feel is harmful for their child.
WRITING
At what age should I start teaching my baby to write?
We recommend starting from 2 years old. However, if your child is not ready, then try again after a month’s gap. If they are still not ready leave it another month.
